We now have various Lantronix Spider units available for all customers with dedis or colos that may need one! We allow up to 2 hours a week of usage per service that a customer has with us free of charge (fair usage, abusing the service will result in being unable to use it), anything more than that and we charge $50/h for prolonged usage. It is on a first come first serve basis our KVM devices.
Please open a support ticket should you need access to KVM on your devices, please allow time for access as a device will need to be installed on your server, as well there might be a queue for usage.
